Plannery

Plannery started as a custom booking system built for a single client and has since evolved into a full multi-tenant SaaS platform, serving businesses that manage appointments: wellness centers, hairdressers, dental clinics, physiotherapy studios and beauty salons.

Each business runs its own independent, fully branded workspace — custom colors, logo and services — while sharing the same underlying platform. The system is multi-calendar (up to 8 calendars per account), with dedicated management of services, operators, customers and working hours.

Plannery includes an automated reminder system via email and WhatsApp, both for single appointments and for the full day’s schedule. It also handles custom service types, coupons, single-customer session history and revenue reports.

Different access profiles are available depending on the subscription plan: Administrator, Receptionist, Operator and Customer.

A dedicated mobile app lets registered customers book and manage their own appointments, view their upcoming sessions and receive reminders directly on their phone.

Plannery is available as a subscription-based SaaS with tiered plans, and custom on-premise deployments remain available on request for businesses with specific requirements.
